Even your disco can be provided by our sister company Beat-n-Bop Discos who have achieved many awards for excellence year-on-year. We provide a fully comprehensive range of services at exceptional prices without compromising on the fantastic quality or excellent service that we are renowned for. Better still, all our services are provided 'in-house' by our own dedicated team of professionals (not sourced in), so you can be sure you really are booking with just one company and not paying a premium to the 'middle man'! In addition, our team have been providing advanced venue decor for a number of years and have therefore gained a huge amount of knowledge & experience that will be invaluable to you when planning your event.

Made our venue look amazing..

I don’t know where to start with how amazing these guys are, we were let down by a company 2 weeks fore our wedding and I was in a total mess. These guys fitted us in by working through the night before to set up and still came back on the day to finish off and dj. They went above and beyond to make our venue look amazing more than we could have hoped for. Jeanette and Mike were lovely and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for wedding planning, decorations or a dj xx

Outstanding service. Jeanette, Mike and Emily are the most friendly, down to earth to earth and professional people you could ever meet. The services they offer are second to none, everything is super highly quality and for an events planning/ management company they still give customers full control and don’t try to force anything on you. They went above and beyond with their service

I live in the USA and so I arranged my UK wedding over the phone. It was quite a challenge, I was at a loss on how to design table decorations over the phone. I tried several suppliers and then called Busy Bee and spoke to Jeanette. Within 5 minutes she'd helped me decide the design and then arranged everything I needed for a very good price. It couldn't have been easier from ordering to delivery/setup and clean up, the whole process was seamless, stress free and it looked lovely on the day. Mike arrived at the venue on the morning of the wedding and he is a perfectionist, he went out of his way to ensure everything was just right, it was perfect. I highly recommend using them for any event you have, be it large or small. I will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic Service

Really bent over backwards to make our wedding extra special. Made helpful suggestions and delivered everything on time and in budget to a very high standard. They also provided the disco in the evening, and after asking us a lot of questions played all our favourite tunes.

What is your most memorable wedding?

They are all memorable. We are very lucky to meet so many lovely couples, many of whom remain in contact and friends with us following their events. It is a very personal service we provide to our couples and as such we build firm relationships with them and become a part of their day, especially when we are there from start to finish at the end of the evening with the disco too!

The growth we have had over the last 13 years.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't always assume cheaper is better, so often its not! You cannot compare 'see through net curtain style draping' stapled to the walls with free standing, fire retardant black out drapes! Likewise, you can't compare a popcorn machine capable of producing 30 portions per hour against one that produces 150 per hour! We help out so many couples last minute each year have been let down by their current supplier. Many supplier websites have services listed that they 'don't do' but they don't disclose this to the couple. The problem then comes when the 3rd party that the supplier uses to provide the service they don't have lets them down, which ultimately then lets you down!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We invite the couple to our showroom for a relaxed friendly chat over a glass of wine. We find out about the couples likes and dislikes and what their aspirations are for their big day. We then show them examples, videos and photos of services they select. We follow up our meeting with a detailed no obligation quotation for them to discuss at home together (we don't want them to feel pressured into doing anything which is why we wait until they have gone to send them a quote). When they have decided exactly which items to proceed with, we send over payment details and a booking form for them to sign and send back. That's it, all sorted and booked in the diary, they can then sit back and relax knowing we have it all taken care of.

We take pride in all our work and try to go the little extra mile for all our clients.
