They were amazing. So friendly and patient, and with a ton of advice. I went back to try on a sample of my dress a couple of times to show my mum and match accessories and they were happy for me to.

Outstanding customer service, Gail was very helpful and professional, all staff made myself and my mom very welcome and special everytime we went into the shop, always had time for us and made my experience of picking 'the dress' the most enjoyable, special, stress-free & personal experience i could have wished for. I have and always will recommend The Dressing Rooms to everyone.

The helped me find my dream dress.

It was a lovely experience purchasing my dress from The Dressing Rooms..All the ladies were so helpful and made you feel at ease. We'd like to say a big thank you though to Lisa the seamstress..At one point I was feeling quite anxious about my dress and didn't feel 100% in it, so she added straps, added a lace panel at the front to make me feel more comfortable and adjusted it so well that nobody would have known that wasn't the original look of the dress. She was brilliant :)

Exceptional customer service from the start without pressure. Great selection of dresses making it an ideal place to go when you don't know what you're looking for and want a wide range to try. Unfortunately I was buying before the recent refurb however I have since been back and seen the increased space made for trying on, that was the only downside of the buying process for me and now rectified I would gladly recommend The Dressing Rooms to others without hesitation.

Incredible service and amazing staff!! I was so worried as I had tried on a number of dresses in other shops and nothing had felt like 'the one'. I explained about my wedding theme and the things I liked. They went and found a dress they thought I would like and sure enough it was perfect! I could not have asked for a better service! They were always so welcoming and kind, nothing was ever too much bother.

I went to The Dressing Rooms to try on my first ever dress. Della was amazing; my mother and bridesmaids had the top floor to ourselves, we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I tried on every style and Della was so chilled out, offering her expert advice. As i got closer to choosing my style she would pull out dresses that really worked. I felt like i was her first ever bride, with the level of care and attention she gave. She is so passionate about her job.

The staff at the dressing rooms are excellent - friendly helpful and really lovely people. Cant recommend them enough. Great range of dresses, a little limited on accessories but the dresses are excellent and good quality
