Compton Verney is a renowned art gallery in Warwickshire set in a restored Georgian mansion with 120 acres of carefully designed parkland. With a choice of 6 ceremony locations including our beautifully restored onsite Chapel you can have the bespoke wedding you dreamed of. Hold your ceremony in our peaceful Chapel followed by drinks in our classical Italian art galleries. Then let your guests marvel at the ornate ceiling and original marble floor in our grand Adam Hall during your wedding breakfast. See Adam Hall transformed into the perfect party destination to continue the celebrations into the night. We specialise in crafting bespoke wedding packages and only hold one wedding at a time so our dedicated Events team will be with you every step of the way to ensure you have your wedding, your way. At Compton Verney you are spoilt for choice in terms of the spaces that suit you and every wedding here is unique for that very reason! Our wedding at Compton Verney was a dream come true, I had grown up visiting CV and had always been in awe of the most amazing building, artwork and grounds and when it came to choosing our wedding venue I couldn't think of anywhere better to celebrate our marriage. I took my fiancé to visit and he fell in love with it too - we didn't look anywhere else! And we booked CV the very same week. We had the most perfect day with all our friends and family, with memories we shall treasure forever. The staff were so friendly and made the day flow seamlessly, we wouldn't change a thing!!Our wedding at Compton Verney was a dream come true, I had grown up visiting CV and had always been in awe of the most amazing building, artwork and grounds and when it came to choosing our wedding venue I couldn't think of anywhere better to celebrate our marriage. We held our wedding reception at Compton Verney in November 2019. The venue itself its absolutely stunning surrounded by beautiful grounds. The best part of the day however has to have been the staff, led by Sally on the day. They made the drinks, eating, and dancing go so smoothly and made us feel so relaxed during the day. We would 100% recommend Compton Verney as a place to have your wedding celebrations!We held our wedding reception at Compton Verney in November 2019. "We had been struggling to find a wedding venue that suited us and then we found Compton Verney. A venue that ticked every box. The stunning grounds, scenery and building are obvious and are joy to admire, however it is the work that was completed to make our day special that sets Compton Verney apart. The wedding team of Anona and Sally were fantastic, we wanted to make our wedding very personal and unique and Anona and Sally not only helped us with this but their shared excitement made the experience even more enjoyable. The service we received by every member of staff on our wedding day was incredible. The staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. It was important to us that our guest enjoyed the day as much as we did and we have had so many quests compliment the venue, food and service they received. This allowed us to enjoy our day and make it perfect. Now we get to return and enjoy Compton Verney again and again. Our wedding at Compton Verney was an absolute dream for us. We were so pleased that the Chapel was licensed so we could use it for our civil ceremony - it really was a stunning setting. The Compton Verney team were extremely professional on the day and a number of our guests commented on how delightful they were. Anona ensured that our day ran smoothly and seamlessly, and we were able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about any of the details. An amazing wedding venue, with so many lovely memories. When we initially looked at Compton Verney we were blown away by how stunning it is as a venue, with the chapel available for civil ceremonies it seemed too good to be true. Our only reservation was that being such a fab venue, they might restrict our choices, or not be very personal but we soon realised this was not true at all. The venue staff are all fantastic, from the sales manager, wedding planner and head of catering who were always available to help us plan our day, right through to all the people who help on the actual day and cannot do enough to make sure you have the best day ever and can just step back and not even lift a finger. The venue were great at helping our ideas come to life and supported our ideas making them all possible. The catchphrase I came to love was “yes, we can do that”. They also suggested areas they could help, but never put pressure on us to buy anything extra. I felt like the day was in safe hands well in advance. The day itself was fantastic, the food was outstanding and the day flowed so smoothly, thanks to the hard work and politeness and friendliness of all of the staff- thank you all so much!
