We just wanted to say a big big thank you to the team at Oxnead Hall for putting together the best day. From the first email, to late night chats, WhatsApp-ing napkin choices and giving us helpful hints and tips - you really put your all in to making everything as easy for us as possible. We couldn't have felt more supported and stress-free in the lead up and that's 100% down to you!We just wanted to say a big big thank you to the team at Oxnead Hall for putting together the best day. The Most Magical Place to get Married!The Most Magical Place to get Married!
We knew Oxnead Hall was the one for us as soon as we visited. Every part of the venue - the accommodation, the fountain room, the hall, the grounds, are all so perfect, it was exactly what we wanted our dream venue to be. It was simply magical. All through the planning process Lucy was absolutely fantastic, and always got back to me very quickly whenever I had a query. I'm totally in awe of her of how amazing she and the team were on the day! They had thought and planned for everything! They even tided up the bridal suite for us before we got back to the room at the end of the night, which was the most amazing surprise! The wedding breakfast didn’t disappoint either - every single guest commented on how wonderful all the food was, and that they were decent portions too, not those tiny plates you so often get at weddings. We had chicken mains, and not a single portion was dry - very impressive! The most mentioned thing at our wedding was how incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful all the staff were. Every single guest mentioned this to us at some point. Oxnead Hall is the best place to get married because of the incredible team that work so tirelessly behind the scenes all day and night, and do it all very calmly and with a genuine smile. From the start of the planning process, Emily at UNV worked with us with a lot of going back and forth, & managed to get the venue & catering within budget - originally we never thought we would be able to afford a venue like Oxnead, however it was actually very reasonable. We were helped so much throughout the whole process & even now after the wedding. I always got a quick response back to any questions. Everything was run so smoothly and professionally on the day. The food was beautiful...The food was beautiful...
The food was beautiful. So many people repeated said how good it all was. They were also able to recreate a dessert an unusual dessert we asked for. We had a guest with mobility problems (which was sprung in them last minute) and they were able to help her around the venue and made sure she was comfortable. There was never anything to big or too small - from last minute changes, to helping me fix my dress disaster on the day! Im so thankful we had Emily from UNV looking afternoon us!The food was beautiful. So many people repeated said how good it all was. They were also able to recreate a dessert an unusual dessert we asked for. We had a guest with mobility problems (which was sprung in them last minute) and they were able to help her around the venue and made sure she was comfortable. Oxnead Hall was the perfect venue for us - we were able to use the church in the grounds to be married in the way we wanted, but also meant we could seemlessly move our guests to the wedding reception within a minute's walk and then on the barn for the breakfast. The whole site is absolutely beautiful and has kept its character - but has been brought up to high quality modern standards and the staff cannot do enough to help you. From start to finish, the whole process was managed brilliantly.Oxnead Hall was the perfect venue for us - we were able to use the church in the grounds to be married in the way we wanted, but also meant we could seemlessly move our guests to the wedding reception within a minute's walk and then on the barn for the breakfast. The whole site is absolutely beautiful and has kept its character - but has been brought up to high quality modern standards and the staff cannot do enough to help you. UNV were excellent throughout the entire process - they never felt like sales people & genuinely wanted to support us in creating our dream day. They were incredibly flexible with requests we made; for example, their chef created a bespoke menu for us to incorporate our favourite foods & every request was met with a can-do attitude. The entire team were proactive with their communication, responsive to emails/calls & always on hand to alleviate our concerns. We would recommend UNV to anyone.UNV were excellent throughout the entire process - they never felt like sales people & genuinely wanted to support us in creating our dream day. Oxnead Hall was our perfect wedding venue. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. The grounds were extensive and stunningly looked after and manicured, the flexibility of the accommodation was a real positive and the venue itself was beautiful. To have three different amazing options for drinks/ breakfast/ dancing meant you could be flexible on the day if the weather was good or bad which Jaymi handled brilliantly and we could not have asked for a better organised day at a beautiful venueOxnead Hall was our perfect wedding venue. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. The grounds were extensive and stunningly looked after and manicured, the flexibility of the accommodation was a real positive and the venue itself was beautiful. To have three different amazing options for drinks/ breakfast/ dancing meant you could be flexible on the day if the weather was good or bad which Jaymi handled brilliantly and we could not have asked for a better organised day at a beautiful venue

Jaymi and her team were amazing on the day, everything went smoothly as far as we could tell but I know there were a few issues that she dealt with seamlessly and made sure we never noticed or affected us on the day. A very professional and effective team. Jaymi was always there managing the whole day so you knew she had oversight of everything so I didn't need to worry about a thing. She also did little touches on the day that were subtle but really meant a lot!Jaymi and her team were amazing on the day, everything went smoothly as far as we could tell but I know there were a few issues that she dealt with seamlessly and made sure we never noticed or affected us on the day.
