Niki Lawrence Professional Make-up Artist

I absolutely loved having Niki do makeup for me on my big day! The make-up made such a big difference to my overall look and lasted so well. You made my sister look lovely too, which I was pleased about as she hardly ever wears any make-up, so you did a wonderful job of enhancing her look without overdoing it. Niki made me feel comfortable and special right from my first contact with her. From the trial I knew I had nothing to worry about, she knew immediately what would be right for me and just from talking to me she knew what style I liked and what I wanted. Such a lovely person to have around on a big day, I would highly recommend her services!

Getting married overseas was not an easy task. However, Niki made it simple with great communication up to a year before the wedding date. As soon as I had arrived to the UK and met Niki in person I knew I was in the hands of a talented artist. Niki was so accommodating to the detailed wants and needs of each one of my bridal party members. Everyone was very pleased with the extraordinary make-up she individualized for each one of us. I can say this without doubt that she was the most talented make-up artist that I have ever experienced. She was also very kind and a pleasure to share the wedding morning with.

Niki did hair and makeup for myself, my mum and two bridesmaids on my wedding day. I have always suffered with acne and this was a major concern and worry for me on the build up to the big day. Niki reassured me my skin would look great on the day and it did! Niki made my skin look flawless, which is something I’ve never managed to do myself. I was very happy and felt really confident when having my photos taken. My mum and bridesmaids looked amazing and were all very happy with their looks. Niki was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we all felt very relaxed whilst in the makeup chair. Thank you so much Niki!

I was so lucky to have found Nikki! She’s Uk based but travels to Spain where I had my wedding in Benahavis. After having a not so good trial in Spain I managed to find Nikki and was able to have my makeup trial at her home. Was so pleased with how natural it looked and was pleased with my eyelashes, usually my eyelashes aren’t done how I like them, they’re long but soooo straight but Nikki was really thorough with the curling haha. During my trial I found out Nikki also does hair so decided last minute to have my hair done too and was so pleased on the day. Thanks so much! My bridesmaids and mum were so impressed and thought Nikki was amazing! So friendly and chilled.

Wonderful! I just want to say a huge thank you to Niki for doing my bridal hair and maky-up for my wedding in October! I LOVED IT. From start to finish Niki was so professional, knew exactly what I wanted (even though I didn't really!) and put me at ease. I had a trial first to work out what I wanted, and couldn't have been happier with the result she came up with, tying in my wedding colour scheme too. The day went so smoothly, she did my 3 bridesmaid's hair, my hair and makeup and my mum's hair and make-up, and I didn't feel stressed for one minute. Not being a regular makeup wearer, I was worried I'd look caked up, but the make-up was so natural and good quality, it felt and looked amazing. My mum who never wears make-up was thrilled and got so many compliments! All of our make-up and gorgeous hair lasted all day. Couldn't be happier.
