What is your most memorable wedding?
My best friend's, I was responsible for the cake and after spending 10 months creating the flowers for it I then had to set it up in a barn where every time a child ran past the floor would shake, as would the cake. It was very nerve wracking and I was glad when the cake was finally cut

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Normally we will arrange a consultation, the clients will then chose samples to try, talk to me about ideas they have, themes, colour scheme etc and we will then sit and draw up a rough design over a cuppa :) I will then draw up a more detailed design with all the clients requirements and email it over. Every client has the opportunity to change their designs, flavours and if they need to keep coming back untill they are 100% happy then that's what happens, I like tea so come back as often as you like :)
