Kasserina Cakes

Our wedding planning was rather late compared to most people and Kass put us at easy the first time we met her. She guided us through the process of working out what we wanted for our wedding cake and the finishing product was spectacular. The flavours where fantastic and we got lots of positive comments from our guests. Thankyou! xx

Kasserina’s cake not only looked spectacular, but tasted better than any cakes I’ve ever had (and there have been many!). Her choice of flavours is wonderful and she was the only baker we approached who knew how to recreate the look I’d set my heart on. As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also a lovely person and went out of her way to be helpful. On the day she was on good time and set up the cake and floral decoration beautifully. Thanks Kass!

I found Kass on Instagram, sorting a wedding out back home when you live aboard can be stressful, Kass was amazing from the word go. We chatted over the phone & discussed what Sort of wedding cake we wanted color, size , flavors and only got to meet 6 wks before our big day. I have to say she is one of the nicest ladies we had ever the pleasure of meeting nothing was too much trouble.. & the CAKE / cupcakes were to die for

One of the biggest talking points of our large London wedding was the cake! A beautiful stack of books with Ron the cat sleeping peacefully on the top, Kasserina Cakes made our vision come to life. Everyone was completely blown away by both the scale and attention to detail of our wedding cake, which did not compromise on taste. We had three flavours, one of which was gluten-free, and all were absolutely delicious. The whole process was great from start to finish and we cannot recommend Kasserina Cakes enough!

This wedding cake was taylor made to quite fussy specifications....Kass was a star - she went to every effort to accommodate us and the finished product not only looked incredible but it tasted unbelievable! The Chocolate and Nutella base was out of my dreams and I can't recommend or than her enough.

We cannot recommend Kass highly enough. Her cakes were delicious and had nothing but positive comments. The attention to detail was incredible, the had made sugar paste flowers that you see in the picture were mistaken for the real thing by one of our other suppliers. Kass herself was amazing, so calm and reassuring about all the little details which can start to feel over-whelming as you approach the big day.

Our cake looked beautiful and was exactly what we wanted and it tasted delicious !! Great communication with Kass with the whole planning !

Highly recommend Kasserina Cakes. Kass made our wedding cake and it not only looked amazing but tasted even better. Kass sent us samples in the post with different flavours and even created a custom flavour for us. She also worked with our flourist, so that we could have real flowers on our cake. Emails were always answered quickly and she always made us feel at ease.

As we all know, wedding arrangements can be stressful. I was aware of the importance of our cake and wanted it to reflect the sensitivity and love of our special day. To be honest, I felt doubtful that anyone could fulfil my vision and hopes - certainly without it costing a small fortune. To my delight, I found Kass from Kasserina Cakes who was a joy to work with. I knew from our conversations together that she cared deeply to understand the brief and I felt confident throughout the process that she was going to fulfil my vision. Fortunately, Kass has an equally brilliant friend, Ellen, who is the owner of The Enchanted Florist in Angmering. In collaboration with Ellen, they delivered the most beautiful two tiered chocolate and ganache cake, decorated with white nigella flowers. The sponge and ganache was exceptional. The cake accompanied us on our honeymoon around Cornwall and Devon; each new mouthful reminding us of the joys of our day.

We loved our wedding cake! Kass was a pleasure to work with and the cake was just amazing. Each layer was a different flavour and we still get compliments now about how tasty it was. I couldn't recommend her enough and I'd happily eat her cakes every day :)
