Established in the Autumn of 2007, I started baking homemade goodies and selling them with Lichfield Country Market (Formerly W I Markets)
The business has evolved and I now create beautiful wedding cakes, cupcakes, wedding favours and dessert items.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to meet for a design/tasting consultation. We will sit down with a cup of tea and some cake samples in different flavours. We will design your cake and decide on flavours. I then email out an accurate quote, usually within a couple of days of this meeting. I will keep a provisional booking in my diary until a week, after you have received your quote. To confirm a booking, I require a 25% non refundable booking fee, with your balance then payable 1 month before the wedding.
