Mary has over 30 years experience in the trade. She obtained her 'City & Guilds' with a 'distinction', and awarded 'The Gilbert Bakeries Trophy' for 'excellence in cake decoration'. Before setting up her own business, she worked in several different bakeries and gained a wide range of experience. She is able to create different styles of cakes and there is a budget to suit everyone. She is a royal icing specialist, sculpts, models and does her own edible imaging. Cakes are baked on the premises to her own recipes, using many locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. For those wishing to attempt their own wedding cake, she runs classes in groups, or privately. There is a 'set price ' cake for those on a limited budget. Please call for more details.
