I’m a multi award winning cake designer I genuinely adore what I do - from meeting happy couples and chatting away about their cake or discussing ideas on email or social media.
I take all ideas thrown at me and will add my own professional opinion to ensure the wedding cake is the absolute best it can be and meets the couples requirements!
All cakes are created in my purpose built ‘cake cabin’ which is my little haven where I am surrounded by somebody of my very own display cakes which can be seen at consultation.

What is your most memorable wedding?
A 4 tier English Cream Tea inspired wedding cake. It had a tea pot and a beautiful cascade of small English flowers ‘pouring’ from the spout.

Bespoke, beautiful, unique, elegant, awesome!
What about your business are you most proud of?
That it’s just me! I create everything and that I have managed to win numerous awards on my own talent. I am proud of the fact that my customers come back for occasion cakes long after their weddings.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Ensure you have researched your cake designer. Ensure their images are theirs and that they are confident in creating the design.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love every wedding - all are so unique and personal to the happy couple.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Contact me to arrange a consultation or to ask for a quote, consultation date can be booked and samples tasted along with ideas suggested. Full quote given during this hour long (ish) process. Couple can go away and think about it or pay the deposit there and then.
Some clients pay the deposit to secure the date before consultation - it’s whatever suits the couple the most.
