The Frostery

We got married in October and our cake was sourced by my mother in law. She had an in depth consultation with The Frostery to design a truly personal and unique cake. They even discreetly incorporated a gold ring that we had, that is family tradition and has appeared on our family’s wedding cakes for years. We chose tradition fruit cake with a modern marble effect design. The cake was delicious and not dry at all, everyone said how much they enjoyed it.

Suzanne stepped in after our original supplier shut shop, failed to tell us& kept our deposit. We still wanted something similar to our original design but what Suzanne created surpassed our every expectation! Our cake was stunning to the point where I cried when I first saw it. I didn't want to cut the thing!! It tasted beautiful&every commented on the detail!! Suzanne also made our sons christening cake&her attention to detail&customer service is second to none! I cant thank you enough xxx

From the beginning; the consultation and booking process to the end; confirmation and delivery process of the cake, everything was so easy, hassle free and relaxed. All that a stressed bride to be could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble, and communication with Suzanne was so easy. Her work is absolutely stunning and so personal. Would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Suzanne is extremely approachable, professional and friendly. From first entering her shop she made us feel very welcome. Suzanne always has a smile on her face. Her staff are very professional too. Nothing is too much trouble, her work speaks for itself. You just know you're going to be extremely happy with the cake. Not only the design of the cake but also the taste too. Choosing the Wedding cake was worry free, we knew it was in safe hands. Guaranteed excellence, decadence and satisfaction.

Suzanne is so passionate about her job. She really listened to us and asked all the right questions to create our perfect tailor made cake. She drew a sketch and I was absolutely blown away, it was perfect and actually made me cry I was that overwhelmed. She was so lovely and you could tell she wanted it to be as perfect as we did. She's a perfectionist! She also made our wedding favours which paired up as guest names and these were adorable. I can not thank suzanne enough,she deserves an award.

Beautifully crafted, artistically awesome cakes. Exquisitely flavoured and so intricately decorated. The amount of effort and precision that goes into ensuring each design is exactly what the customer imagined is incredible. Every creation by Suzanne and the team is jaw dropping amazing. She is so detail oriented! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Suzanne was absolutely a delight to work with. She knew what I wanted and envisaged for my cake but she made it better! She added touches to it that I didn’t even think of and the cake turned out more fabulous then I ever imagined. Her cakes taste even better than they look if that is even possible! Would certainly recommend Suzanne and all The Frostery team after seeing my beautiful wedding cake, it really was the beautifuist cake I've ever seen and it tasted so good.

We have never before experienced such a cake taste sensation and feast for all senses! The cake was perfect in every way and even the colours were matched wonderfully with our many colours. Our wedding cake was described by many as the best they had ever tasted and lots of guests asked where it was from before it was cut too! We love The Frostery's cakes so much we have just ordered another one for our son's Christening. Definitely deserves to win. They are so lovely to communicate with too. x

When I came across The Frostery website I thought how amazing all the cakes were, the detail in the cakes are superb, I booked straight away before sampling I had every faith the cake samples would be delicious and they was. I had two bespoke designs and they was both lovely and very reasonable for the quality and input from Suzanne. I found The Frostery to be very proffesional. My wedding cake was stunning and it tasted great. I had a stunning unique cake for a great price.
