‘Alana’s Love’ Full Description
Located in Stroud, Cotswold's, ‘Alana’s Love’ is a company that hires out beautifully handcrafted light up letters. We hire out large light up LOVE and MR & MRS letters. Hand crafted by a member of the family, our letters are the perfect luxury to add that final touch to special day! What something more personalised, we are now taking bespoke orders, just get in touch to find out more.
What’s so special about our light up letters:
💡 We use non-flicker LED lights, which don’t get hot, just in case wondering fingers find them. Because of their non-flicker ability they take the perfect video and picture every time.
💡 Our unique retro style light bulbs and unique font style make our letters really stand out from the crowd.
💡 Each letter can be moved to create the perfect look.
💡 They are made from MDF wood making them light and easy to move around, and finished with a brilliant white wipe-able paint.
💡 They are 3ft 4” high and approx 9ft high making them the perfect size to fit anywhere in your chosen venue.
💡 We deliver, install and collect the letters, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
💡 We take a lot of pride in keeping our letters looking fantastic. Each time they are hired out they will be in perfect condition

What is your most memorable wedding?
In the clients back garden in a festival style tee pee tent! The LOVE letters were the perfect size for a sloping tent and they looked absolutely fantastic with the rest of the decorations!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Our reason to start the business was inspired by our beautiful baby girl Alana, we are so proud to do it for her, and enjoy meeting new people and doing something fun and positive with our daughter.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy this special time, don’t get to stressed and it’s lovely to get family and friends involved too!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Photographs of the bride and grooms parents and grandparents on their wedding days.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Discuss the booking either via email or phone. The booking it’s self in nice and quick. Then one month priory to the big day we will contact the clients to arrange the final details. We can either go through the venue to deliver and set up or meet the couple there and decide with them the best place for the love to be positioned. Throughout the whole process we just want it to be easy and stress free.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
Masquerade!
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
A lot of brides I find quite like the festival look and personalising the big day always goes down well.
What is your signature finishing touch?
Once the letters are installed we test them, check and clean each bulb individually and clean each letter so they are perfect for your big day.
After the big day we like to send the happy couple a big thank you.
What decoration do you think every wedding needs?
Something that will dazzle your guests and that they can have fun with!
