Just wanted to write and thank you SO much for everything! You were brilliant from the moment we stepped through the door, and I can see why I had so many recommendations to come to you, I couldn’t have asked for better, you were so lovely! I thought I would send you through some photos from our VERY rainy but beautiful day!!

I just wanted to send a brief (I will send some more pics and a proper review after the mini moon) message to say a huge thank you for all of your help with the dress. I picked the dress for the venue, and hopefully you can see why from the below. My mum will be bringing in the dress for your cleaning service if she hasn’t already been In. I would love if it can be restored to its former beauty, it didn’t get too bad however a guest did get red wine down the back sadly so I’m really hoping your team can work their magic to clean it and box it up nicely. Thank you again

Odette, you were fantastic and so helpful from the moment I first opened the door to your store. I had struggled with wedding dress shopping as I had a very fixed mindset of what I wanted; you opened my eyes to the most beautiful piece of clothing I have ever worn and encouraged me to try something a little different. I’m so glad you did. I felt amazing on my wedding day and received so many compliments on my dress. The way it fit, the detailing, everything was perfect. Thank you for taking your time with me and ensuring my dress was exactly what I wanted; I made a few adjustments to the dress to really make it ‘my own’ and your suggestions were brilliant - you clearly know what you’re doing! It is clear that you and your team love what you do and I will definitely be recommending you to others. Thanks again. X

Thanks again ladies for all the help you gave to both myself and my bridesmaids when we were purchasing our dresses. Special thanks to Sadie for the amazing alterations she made on my dress to make sure I had the perfect fit. (And I still don’t know how she deals with those buttons so quickly!!!)

I don't even know where to begin with thank you all for everything. It's hard to believe a year ago I was in your shop and said "yes to the dress". Every step of the way you were all nothing but welcoming to me and my family. You all became part of my wedding journey with me. To think our journey together started with me entering a simple Facebook competition. I started my wedding dress hunt with not a single idea of what I wanted and we sure did have fun trying on every style of dress I think possible. However, I came out with a clear idea of exactly what I wanted. From this day forward I had set my heart on one dress, one dress which was not in store, though in time it did come in. When I received the phone call to say the dress had arrived I was so eager to try it on. I knew as soon as I put it on it was the dress. Once the dress was ordered and my dress arrived in store, the alterations were brilliant. My daughter loved coming to these sessions as she really did feel comfortable to be herself around you all. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping me find my perfect dress. I loved it then, when I wore it and even looking at it hanging in the bag!

After my mum getting her wedding dress from here over 25 years ago we visited again in the hope to find my dress and we did!!! All the staff here were fantastic from start to finish, i must have tried on about 10 dresses before finding the one that my sister actually picked out for me! I also got my 2 bridesmaid dresses from here too, which again were perfect. Communication was simple and always happy to answer any questions! If you are looking for the perfect dress then deffo give brides by solo a visit you are sure to find something! We had the most perfect day on Saturday! Thank you to all the staff here! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and has soon as I stepped into the shop I felt at ease. They were so helpful throughout the whole process of finding the right dress, fitting and adjusting. Odette was amazing helping me to find the right dress that I had never even thought of making me feel like a princess on my special day. Thank you I can’t recommend your service enough.

Sadie helped my daughter Aimee with her dress last year and was amazing so when it was my turn I went back. I couldn’t find the exact dress I wanted & was about to leave to have a serious think when Oddette said she had one “winking” at her. ( a Maggie Soterro) It wasn’t at all what I had in mind but boy when I put it on it was the most stunning dress ever & as an older bride I felt amazing too. I can’t thank Brides by Solo enough for making both our days the best. Thank you everyone x

Greeted with the warmest welcome by Sadie and Sam. We chose here due to them being highly rated for their tea length wedding dresses and we were not left disappointed! They were both fantastic in the advice and professional service they gave. They made sure every dress that was picked was discussed and considered to compliment us both. Having additional add ons to dresses such as sleeves, sequins, change in length etc are available. Odette what a lovely boutique you have and exceptional staff to match.
