When you first walk into the shop I was greeted warmly and welcomed into their space. The shop was extremely clean and tidy. Emma and Ruth were diamonds and there were lots of dresses to chose from in all different styles from white, to green to black!! The whole process of trying dresses on and ultimately buying my very own gown from here was a real magical experience I got to share with my Mum and I wish I could do it all over again!!!

Ever since the very first wedding dress picture that I saw and like turned out to be from Fairy Goth Mother, I knew I wanted to go there to find my dress. I loved everything about the concepts and styles they had and the hardest part was trying to narrow down options to try! I had thought I was going to end up with a tea length dress, and there were so many fabulous options, but ended up with my wonderful full length gown. It was a wild card chosen by one of my bridesmaids and couldn’t have loved it more. All the cliches were true, when you find the right one you just know it! Everyone there was so friendly, helpful and full of great advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to pick my dress from. Thank you!

18 years ago, I ordered goth apparell from you. Beautifully tailored one of a kind plastic dresses. My favorite was a stream line perfect black and chrome, black on one side, chrome on the other, zip up dress with five buckle straps across the front. It was shoulderless but with an emperical neck line, above thigh length, tight fitting and fit me like a glove. I played bass in a goth punk band and this was my favorite garb. Where did you go? Did somebody buy you out? you are certainly not the same. to my disappointment. Where could I possibly go now to find such one of a kind tailored unique attire?

I ended up with the first dress I tried on and it was absolutely perfect. It fit my style and the style our wedding and was everything I wanted. I felt comfortable and gorgeous all day. The entire process was so chilled and relaxed, none of that heititeiti nonsense which worked ever so well. Basically a long winded way of saying thank you so much!

I wanted a tea length wedding dress, a little different to the norm. I had been following Fairy Gothmother for a long time before getting married had even been mentioned and thought I knew exactly which dress I would buy when the date was decided. I had dismissed the dress I settled on as the photo on the website did not do it justice. I did not realise that the dress on the website had been changed by Fairy Gothmother to have a corset it in, it was a game changer, completely changed the way the dress fitted. It’s a shame it will only be worn once 😍

Emma at Fairy Goth Mother couldn’t have been more amazing! The whole process of buying my dress was made so easy (and not scary!). There is a huge selection of dresses and I absolutely adored mine- can’t thank you enough!

Cannot recommend Fairy Gothmother highly enough. From starting by email contact through to appointment the customer service was exceptional. With a great eye for dealing with my body shape & size I got my beautiful dress with minimal stress. We had a totally perfect day and everyone complimented the dress.
