I chose Georgina Scott as they stock True Bride , not the easiest range to access , I'm an older bride and wanted a unique coloured dress , something blue . The ladies at the store made me as a Middle Aged bride feel lovely and unique but gave welcome and helpful insight into many aspects of chosing a gown , I felt that Tracey herself was available and responsive at all times . Thrilled with my dresses ( I bought two ) and thrilled with a fuss free ,,, friendly service . Ange

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They knew exactly how to help me find my perfect dress for my big day! And it looked absolutely amazing on the day! If it wasn't for these lovely people I wouldn't have had the most amazing dress to make my now husband extremely proud! So thank you.

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left with my dress (and even after I returned to have my dress cleaned) the staff were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I had no idea what dress I wanted and they helped select dresses for my figure after trying almost all the dresses on (because I loved them all) I got I down to a select few and came back another day to finalise it down to one, no pushy sales no rushed time. First choice recommended bridal shop for anyone I know.

I can not fault the service I have received from Georgina Scott from the first moment of contact to the last. They opened the shop up early for my first appointment to fit me in. I felt special from the moment I walked through the door. I tried on every type of dress imaginable and was in no way rushed. Every time I returned to the shop they remembered my name and showed genuine excitement for me. My dress was perfect. They made the whole experiance fabulous!

From the moment I stepped in the door at Georgina Scott bridal I knew it was the shop for me! They already had the dress ready at my appointment and Julie the shop assistant was fantastic! Made me my mum and my little brother feel right at home! Understood my needs perfectly and reassured my every worry or stress! Advised me on sizing etc and alteration costing right from the get go so no hidden costs involved! The day was finished with a hug and a kiss because I found my perfect dress! xx

Fabulous service from start to finish. As soon as I arrived I was put at ease by the service they provided making me feel welcome and confident in trying on some dresses. This helped me find my dress by making me relax and enjoy it. From then on the communication was perfect, letting me know when I needed to visit again and the next steps in a process I hadn't realised was quite so detailed. The adjustments and fittings worked well with my busy work schedule and on my wedding day I felt amazing!

Tracie and her staff at Georgina Scott are outstanding and were so helpful and friendly, not to mention experts in the bridalwear field. I had a negative experience from visiting other bridal stores and the staff at Georgina Scott could not have been any more different. Absolutely first class customer service. I absolutely loved every minute of my experience at Georgina Scott Bridal (and so did my mum!) , the team are so bubbly, kind and helpful and the shop is gorgeous! My dress was my dream dress, I cried when I tried it on, I felt like my grandma's had sent it to me and Savinder the seamstress worked her magic so it fitted like a glove, it was exactly what I wanted!
