I bought my dress in the US, while visiting my parents there and had it shipped to the UK. When it arrived, the dress was too big for me and required some alteration. Susie worked around my schedule and was incredibly accommodating and professional. She made the dress fit perfectly and added some lace detail to the back, as requested. She had a lot of lace to contend with, but this was no problem for Susie! The dress was absolutely perfect on the day. The whole process of working with Susie was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend her for any alteration requirements you might have, wedding-related or not!

I cannot thank Susie enough for the INCREDIBLE job she did in making my wedding dress. I wish I could upload a photo to show you all! I designed my dress and showed it to Susie. She instantly got it and was really enthusiastic about it. We had plenty of dress fittings and I saw it in all it's stages. Susie is so talented and I never once felt unsure that she didn't get my 'vision.' It was so great to meet and work with Susie on my one of a kind dress. Susie made the whole pre wedding experience more enjoyable than I could of hoped for. I like the idea of looking like a princess the actual doing fills me with nerves. The experience was relaxed, professional, accommodating appointments, never felt rushed. I first met Suzie in 2015 when I was searching for someone to alter my daughter's prom dress at very short notice. We had purchased the dress during the Easter holidays but as my daughter was mid GCSEs, she didn't have time to buy the shoes until after the exams, which gave us about 1 week to get her dress altered! Suzie was fantastic and pulled out all the stops to accommodate us. She made a really good job of altering the dress and was both very reliable and friendly. We have since employed Suzie to alter my second daughter's prom dress this summer. This time we bought the shoes in plenty of time but Suzie was equally as efficient. When she came to shorten the dress, she decided she would adjust it from the waste rather than from the hem and she did this at no extra charge to us. I would highly recommend Suzie.
