Elise and her team produced the most beautiful wedding flowers for us. From our initial meeting at a wedding fayre Elise’s passion and enthusiasm shone through. Every time I spoke to her I got more and more excited about our flowers. Our consultation was arranged quickly (at a busy time of the year and only 6 months before our wedding) and efficiently. When Elise arrived for the consolation she was full of ideas and listed carefully to ours. She offered suggestions sparked by our ideas and could show us pictures of the flowers we were discussing in her little book. It was a joy to hear her talk about previous weddings and the detail she shared about them showed the care and individuality that she took over each wedding. Elise kept to our budget as closely as she could whilst meeting our requirements (which included quite a few bridesmaids!) Our estimate came really quickly, I think she called only a few days after the consultation, and was beautifully presented, even tied with a ribbon! This was so detailed, noting names and sizes for every bouquet, button hole and corsage. I also loved the addition of the meaning and symbolism of each of the flowers we included. Throughout the process Elise kept us updated and made us feel really important. She would always ask after other wedding plans and was genuinely excited for our wedding! She was flexible with times she could dress our venue and liaised directly with our cake lady as flowers were to decorate our cake too. On the morning of the wedding Elise kept me updated by text about her time at the venue and when she would arrive with the other flowers. When these arrived they were just perfect! Everything I had hoped they would be and smelt so wonderful! Each bouquet and button hole was named and made proportional to the size of the person, with a range from 2 – adult this was quite an achievement! We just loved our wedding flowers and they lasted so well afterwards. I can not recommend Florescence highly enough!

Elise provides a truly top-class service all the way from the planning until the wedding day. At the very first meeting, Elise spent so much time going through so many options and details to make sure the flowers were absolutely perfect. You are able to completely trust Elise, she has her vision of how all the separate flowers/foliage will come together and I was not disappointed in the slightest when your day comes around after months of planning. When I saw the flowers, all assembled on the wedding day, they just blew me away and were absolutely perfect. Throughout the whole process her communication was brilliant where she definitely puts you in ease and I didn’t have to worry about the flowers at all as they were in a wonderful safe pair of hands. I contacted Elise in August, a little panicked that our wedding was in December and I hadn’t organised flowers. Elise was amazing from start to finish, she spent hours with me understanding what I liked and what I didn’t like which meant the outcome on the day.... was absolutely perfect and our flowers looked beautiful. Elise took one of the wedding stresses away from me which was priceless. We happened across Elise at a wedding fayre, when we were really only at the stage of looking around for ideas. We had a chat, looked through lots of lovely photos and left our emails...we went away with a good vibe and feeling like we’d met someone who’d really be worth spending some time considering! We met again for a consultation, but not your ordinary consultation, oh no! Over Starbucks and photos and iPads galore, we spent several hours mulling over ideas, getting to know each other, and shaping our ideas from vague thoughts to a real workable idea. We were so excited when we came away, we had a buzz of excitement and it was the first real decision we had made about our wedding! Elise then went away and specked up our conversation, complete with photos, a breakdown of costings, names of flowers etc. She rang us to discuss what was workable within our budget, what options there were to play with regarding the weather/flower availability...you name it, she’s already thought of it, sorted it, and reassured you of the plan! Booking her was a complete no brainier, of course we wanted Elise and no one but Elise to arrange our flowers! From then on Elise was just amazing...she checked in regularly with ideas/updates, and never got grumpy when our busy lives meant I was a bit slow responding. She worked with changing requests for buttonholes, corsages, flowers to leave on a grave like they were the easiest changes in the world. When she pulled up on the morning of the wedding and produced my bouquet, I cried at what she had managed to create. Despite it being one of the hottest weeks of the year, everything was extraordinary, filled every wish we could’ve had for our wedding flowers, and we have received so so many compliments. Thank you Elise, for not only creating multiple masterpieces, but for pushing us out of our comfort zones and giving us the confidence that we could just “leave it with you” and everything would work out perfectly, and for creating the stunning centrepieces for our day. They still make me cry every time I look at the photos! Meet this lovely lady, and I promise you won’t want anyone else to arrange your wedding flowers!!

I had an unusual brief and special request for specific flowers - proteas as my husband is South African. I am not sure how Elise managed to visualise what my flowers would look like from all of my comments, but somehow she did! I really enjoyed the process of choosing my flowers. From Elise’s initial consultation, which was very personal and thorough, to receiving our beautifully presented quote for her work to the final finished flowers, we couldn’t have been happier. I loved that my flowers were unique, personal and beautiful. So many guests commented on them and I felt amazing holding my bouquet. The flowers look great in all my photos. Thank you Elise ❤️

Elise did my wedding flowers earlier in August and I can’t fault her service enough! When meeting her for the first time I know I could put all my trust in her to ensure everything would be beautiful and I was over the moon with them when they arrived! She went above and beyond to help me choose the right colour palette and extra details to pull it all together. I couldn’t recommend Elise enough!

The amount of effort and detail that went into our flower arrangement was incredible. I called up several time to make adjustments as circumstances changed, the advice and ability to be flexible made the whole process of wedding planning so much easier. The flowers looked stunning. Understood my brief completely.

The wedding flowers were superb, we had so many compliments. Colours were incredible and they exceeded my expectations, so thank you. Elise of Florescence is such a talented florist. She listens to what brides want and creates poetry with the flowers, in our case merging South African proteas and English roses to communicate to everyone the multinational union and love within the marriage. A huge thank you to talented Elise. X
