Andrew Dawson Photography Full Description
I offer four packages ranging from £1000. All packages are flexible. If you decide that you like my photography and that my pricing is right for you then please contact me so that we can meet and have an informal chat over a cup of tea (or something stronger). It is important that you like me and trust me to photograph your wedding for you. I never limit the amount of times that we meet so if you need to talk photography and plan your day just say and likewise, if you want me to attend the venue with you, I charge no extra. Not many photographers can offer this service.

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

My own - of course!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fresh, modern, styled, unobtrusive, fun

What about your business are you most proud of?

Working for myself and being successful

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make time for photography in your planning and not too many group shots!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The Groom loved American cars, especially the Mustang. I arranged for one to turn up on his wedding day. He said it was the best part of the day before getting slapped by his new wife across the face!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Phone or email chat. Meet for a drink and an informal discussion to show images etc and discuss plans that have already been made. Book and go from there.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Dancing shots of them and guests when everyone is letting their hair down and there is no longer any pressure re times etc.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Dog bearing the rings.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

A few white umbrellas. They can be useful in staying dry and are also good for photos.

Describe how you got into photography.

In about 1990 I worked for a photographic wholesaler as a trainee manager. We sold film to all of the professionals. One of my team photographed weddings and asked me to tag along. I also love animals so naturally started taking pictures of wildlife.
