Like most people I don’t really enjoy posing to have my photograph taken. I have always preferred photographing people naturally, capturing real emotion & life as it happens.
I have managed to develop a natural knack to anticipate moments (the sixth sense of knowing the moment before it happens) to be in the right place at the right time to capture all the fun and excitement of your wedding day celebration.
I always treat every couple & their guests as individuals, therefore providing a truly personal service & a wedding photography service unique to you.
So what makes me different to my other fellow wedding photographers....
Well I provide UNCAPPED COVERAGE - you get me all day & all night - because you know weddings are so much more than the ceremony, speeches and the cake
I'm definitely not your 1, 2, 3 say CHEESE kind of gal, never have been never will be!
It’s all about the raw emotion, capturing that unexpected moment and fundamentally having a bloody good time while doing so.
I limit my diary to a certain number of weddings each year, this allows me to be fresh for each and every wedding I do, and to give you 110% on the run to your day! What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I think there are two main things to consider when booking your wedding photographer.
1. In a way, the most crucial thing isn’t finding the cheapest photographer (or the most expensive!), but finding one where you absolutely love their work. Different photographers have different styles and no one photographer is right for everyone. Pick a style you want to show your future grandchildren.
2. Of all your suppliers, you probably spend more time with the photographer than anyone else. You must get on with them. Think about their personality; I always think the best advice is to choose someone you’d be happy to invite round for dinner.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to arrange a convenient time for us to meet this can either be at your home, the venue or a suitable location of your choice so we can sit down and have a chat about your wedding plans.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Wellies and Umbrella's - its your wedding have fun, dance in the rain, jump in the puddles plus the chance of a rainbow who doesn't want one of those in their photos. Rain is just confetti that falls from the sky afterall...
Describe how you got into photography.
The thing that stands out for me and why I got into photography professionally is the following:
When I was younger I would go to my grandmother’s house and every now and again she dig out the wooden box full of old photographs. This is when I would get excited because we would sit a table and go through these photographs.... Then we would come a across a particular picture and there will always be an amazing story behind it.
I now do this with my husband, as his mother has a wooden box also filled to the brim of photographs – I love hearing the stories behind their photos. (Getting to see my husband in a cowboy outfit is completely priceless….mind you he was two years old so it’s OK or his mullet phase lol – all timeless)
Don’t worry my husband has also seen some shocking photos of myself when I was younger too… but the great thing is that there is always laughter when we go through these.
The most amazing thing is that I know one day I will get to do the same with my children and tell wonderful stories to them and hopefully their children too....
I love the fact that from one picture you will hear a wonderful story with such emotion attached to it.
