First Light Photography

I am not naturally good at having my photo taken, but Ditte made me relax and captured some truly great and intimate moments. She made everyone comfortable and captured the day beautifully. Highly recommended.

I never imagined being photographed on my wedding day could be so much fun! It was a FREEZING day, but Ditte raced us around with such laughter and warmth that I actually loved part of the day I would otherwise have dreaded. She continued to capture so many spontaneous, beautiful moments of a day that just flies by, and which we can now pause over and cherish. We can't thank her enough!!

The moment we met Ditte we knew she would capture our wedding day just the way we wanted - our photographs are just perfect! Ditte has since captured a few more magical moments in our lives and we hope she will snap a few more in the future! She is simply the best!

Ditte photographed our wedding in November and was simply wonderful from start to finish. From the offset we knew Ditte would make a true collection of memories for us, sewing a tapestry of our day from start to finish in a way that we would be able to enjoy forever. She was more than a photographer - more like a guest with benefits - some of the photographs I didn't remember even being taken! Afterwards we couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more helpful attitude to our photograph choices, album design and presentation. We couldn't recommend Ditte highly enough.

Having photographed many weddings too, she knows how to capture the most precious moments that in my experience a lot of photographers can often miss. Also we're still not sure how Ditte managed to do this, but she even included a beautiful sunny Edinburgh day in our wedding package!
