What is your most memorable wedding?
A Wedding I photographed in Summer 2017 in Surrey. It was a garden party Wedding with the reception being held in a field adjoining to the couple's newly built home. So many beautiful touches to the day!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
relaxed, contemporary, candid, informal, fresh.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud that I have started this brand from scratch and I can say that I have done everything to get it to where it is now.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay true to yourselves.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A couple I photographed over the Summer lived in Germany temporarily but they got married in England, they brought little phrases and traditions to the Wedding from Germany!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After your enquiry I will do my best to meet you in person or chat to you over Skype to see if what I can offer you is what you are looking for. If you decide to go ahead from there, a deposit will be taken and contract and receipt will be written up. Before the Wedding day I will do my best to visit the Venue with you both and scout out locations for group shots and for your couple photos, and think of what we can do if it rains etc. After the Wedding day it will take me 4-6 weeks to edit your images and get them posted to you in your keepsake box, and then you can relive your Wedding day once again and smile at all the happy memories captured forever.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Definitely a photo of them together after they are married. The energy and emotions are unreal.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I can't say I have been asked to do anything out of the ordinary.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrellas! Let's get out in the rain and get some cool photos! If the rain is part of your Wedding Day, don't see it as a negative!
Describe how you got into photography.
I first became fixated with photos when I was about 15 and I realised I loved looking through fashion magazines for the images. From there I started to study photography at college, and then university, and then eventually I started my own business.
