Manu was my favourite supplier during my wedding...his level of customer service was exceptional and the variety of options provided by his photography service was excellent. Wedding photographers were something I really did my homework on. Most photographers only provide you with the photos on a USB stick but not an album. I knew I would not have the time to put my wedding pictures into an album and the USB stick would be lost at some point. Manu also provided an engagement photography session at a location of our choice. Again something no other wedding photographer I liked offered. The engagement session was fun and I’m not one for having my photograph taken or being posey! Manu had a natural flair for making me and my fiancé relaxed and took some great pictures that we have since had printed by Manu. Manu took his time during the consultation phase to get to know us and our expectations. His online communication portal was amazing and we were able to see all our photos and choose favourites. We were also able to share links with family and friends. On the wedding day, Manu was there but wasn’t overtly there. I’ve seen so many wedding photographers be very pushy and brash and monopolise photos. Manu was calm and relaxed, he organised the family photos with ease and took me and my husband away for our individual session. This was a nice time to reflect and Manu worked so well with our videographer too. After the wedding,​ Manu invited us round to his studio and made us feel so welcome whilst he showed us the photos he took and also placed them into a slideshow he created with a soundtrack. We then were able to choose the type of album design/material we wanted. Manu uses Queensbury a prestigious album designer. I have recommended Manu so many times to other brides to be as he is passionate about his business, his images and more importantly the experience that his couples have with him. I noticed a negative review above and could not disagree more from my perspective and experience I received from Manu. Manu clearly communicates and actually over communicates compared to and from my experience of wedding suppliers. He is so caring and customer service driven and deserves the awards and praise he has received to date! I have used Manu again after my wedding for imagery to be taken for my business, again done to a high standard.
