Paul has been a Teacher of Art and Design and Photography for the last 10 years, specialising in Three-dimensional design and creative imaging. Paul’s artistic background has helped him create a style of photography, ideally suited to weddings, creating exiting imaginative images with a contemporary feel. Paul has developed a relaxed, informal style of photography, capturing the day as it happens resulting in natural shots that best match the atmosphere of the wedding day. Paul takes a large number of images on the wedding day then alters the best images using digital imaging techniques, creating unique images in black and white, colour and sometimes a mixture of both. Paul keeps the whole process very simple providing simple ‘Packages’ starting from £400 up to £850 for the Full Package (All day Photography including Album and Disc of Prints)

What is your most memorable wedding?

I once had a Wedding up here in the Lakes on a very rainy day, and the Bride and Groom, up for a bit of fun insisted on going outside for the Group Photo in a storm! It was fantastic and we got some great shots With hair/hats/brollies all over the place! although I wasn't popular with the majority of the guests..!

Simple, easy process can be completed via email, over the phone or happy to meet if you prefer. Small deposit secures date then I will contact you a month before to discuss your wedding day in more detail, to ensure your requirements are met.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Sunset/night time.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Bride and Groom in a field of highland cows!

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Brollies! although I do bring a mini studio to set up inside.
