If you’re looking for a traditional photographer for your UK, Destination or Elopement wedding, we’ll lay our cards on the table right now… we’re not your bag. We are a totally rad husband and wife team with an alternative style and retro edge. We've been pushing the boundaries of traditional photography since circa 2013. We don’t do stuffy and formal. We like to call what we do a mix of natural reportage and funky fine art - capturing the day authentically as it unfolds around you, whilst also creating some epic portraits for you to hang on your wall. Paul (aka Mr Twig) is the face behind the lens and Suzi (aka Mrs Twig) manages the biz (and Paul!) Fun fact: Our surname isn't actually Twig, it's Wilkinson. Our clients crowned us 'The Twigs' and it just sorta stuck. It's a bit like having a superhero alter ego so we're cool with it. But it’s not all about us, let’s talk about you. You're fun loving, adventurous folk who like to cut loose and dance in the rain. You are the square pegs in round holes, the non-conformists who won’t settle for the ordinary. Traditionalists need not apply. If we sound like a match, let's talk! No need to be shy, just drop us a line with a few details about your day and we'll take it from there.

Simply Amazing

It's taken us a while to write this review, as we have honestly struggled to put into words how amazing Twigs Branch are! We met Paul and Suzi at a wedding fayre and instantly decided they were 'the one'. We met up for a coffee shortly after we booked and it was really nice to have photographers who care so much about getting to know their clients. We also had a love shoot in the summer which helped us to spend a bit of time in front of the camera and again get to know Paul and Suzi a bit more, this is something we would never have thought of but it really helped us feel more relaxed for the wedding. On the day of our wedding when Paul arrived it was so nice to see a friendly face that we had already spent some time with and it made everything more relaxed. Paul was with us from late morning to capture all morning preparations for me and my and my bridesmaids and also my husband making his last preparations, through to around 10pm. The moments that Paul captured are far beyond any expectations we had, the perfect memories. It is obvious as soon as you see any of the Twigs photography that Paul is extremely talented. The way he uses lighting and angles to create the most amazing photos is something I have never seen before. So many of our family and friends have commented on how unique our wedding photos are and they really are stunning. We would choose Twigs Branch Photography a million times over, we seriously cannot recommend them any more highly.

Absolutely fabulous!

We absolutely love our wedding photos taken by Paul! We first met The Twigs at Telford Shopping Centre at a wedding fair where we ended up being drawn to their stand a number of times; first by their absolutely beautiful photos, then by Paul's funky shoes and then by their mutual love of cats. That's when we realised they were definitely the photographer for us. The photos really are stunning - Paul even managed to make our loveshoot photos taken on a cold and windy day in Barmouth look spectacular! We absolutely love the mix of the old rustic charm that suited our reception at Lake Vyrnwy beautifully, mixed with the quirky fun shots. We can't recommend them enough!
