Contact your suppliers as early as possible! It's never too early to book.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once a couple have booked with me (to save a space in my production diary) I send them colour swatches. At this stage we don't need to know exact numbers or styles. Closer to the time when they need to send out their Save the Dates or Invitation we get organised and gather all the info together. I use Trello to do this. I provide a hardcopy proof in their exact colours and wordings to approve before I ask for any money. We then repeat the process for On the Day Stationery!
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
