Thankyou to everyone at Harrowden Hall for making our wedding perfect! Sue and Isabel were amazing and very professional making the planning of our wedding a very enjoyable experience and stress free! Nothing was too much to ask for! The food was amazing all our guests were very impressed with the quality, freshness and the main meal was hot! (Apparently a lot of venues don’t get the food right)The staff worked their socks of to get the meals out and change the rooms around for a smoothly run day especially in the heat! Janet and her bar staff were fab too! Everyone was polite and professional! The grounds were amazing making some fantastic photos! Canapés and drinks on the lawns was beautiful and plentiful. Donato the DJ was exceptional catering for everyone! This venue was perfect all our guests were so impressed with our amazing wedding the organising of everything from our quartet playing to our horse and carriage arriving but I have to say it was down to Harrowden Hall for the smooth running of the day! You were great thanks again!

I want to thank Sue, Isabel and all the team for letting us create our dream wedding, allowing us to do it exactly to our taste including the exact drinks we wanted serving throughout and adding more of our favourite food to the wedding breakfast which was an afternoon tea. Nothing was too much to them and we found the whole experience not stressful and a huge part is because they was so willing to help us. Being continuously told how amazing the wedding was, how polite the staff were and the incredible grounds, we couldn’t have asked for it to have gone any better. Again I can’t thank everyone enough especially Isabel she worked such a long day and continuously has a smile on her face

I could not have wished for anything better, everyone was amazing, the food was immense, and Becky and the girls were so wonderful to me, the guys, and the guests! Honestly everyone at Harrowden Hall has made my dream a reality and I can’t thank you enough

What an amazing venue, truly stunning in all places and beautiful photo opportunities. The staff were fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for more. Every corner we turned everything was done and arranged by the staff, couldn’t fault them at all. They said a few weeks before the wedding ‘dont worry, everything will be great, there is nothing for you to do or worry about’ and they really were true to their word. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married

A wedding day is one of the most spectacular days of a lifetime and with the help of all the amazing staff at Harrowden hall, this was definitely true for us. From the first time, we walked into the hall we were amazed at how wonderful it looked, even on a snowy winters day, both Isabel and Sue were great at helping to organise stuff for us in the background whilst giving helpful tips and tricks to get us on the way to organising our dream day. In the final month before the wedding is when the team at Harrowden really stood out, counting down the days to the big event. Once the big day arrived we could not have wished for a more beautifully decorated wedding space, everything ready and waiting and a helping hand at every corner. The day went so quickly and effortlessly with your help and I would not have changed a thing. Thank you.

From the first time we met Sue and Izzy we knew that Harrowden Hall would be the perfect venue for our wedding. Throughout the planning, Sue kept us informed and answered all our questions promptly. The Hall, the decor of the rooms and the immaculately kept garden all enhanced our day. The food was delicious and the chef catered for all our dietary requirements. Thank you for the engraved cake knife and for all the hard work that went into making our day so special. We would definitely recommend Harrowden Hall as a wedding venue

The food was delicious and all the dietary options were very well catered for. The tables were laid out in a beautiful and professional manner. As soon as you walked into the room it “took your breath away” how delightful everything looked. Harrowden Hall is a most beautiful venue, and because the weather was so kind to us this enabled us to have our drinks reception outside, and therefore the first impression on our guests was the gorgeous gardens. All in all a lovely day was had by all and we would most certainly recommend Harrowden Hall as a superb wedding venue

What made you choose harrowden hall? I hadn't really thought about going to look at Harrowden Hall as a wedding venue until my friend suggested it to me. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was the venue for us, it is such a beautiful building and the gardens are stunning. I liked the fact that we were able to have so much control over the wedding day, we didn't have to stick to a 'set package' as such. I also liked that the wedding breakfast is held upstairs, and not where you will be having the evening reception as I didn't want guests to be waiting around for the evening reception to start, whilst the room was being changed over; we had been guests at other weddings where this had happened and was something we did not want. Sue, the wedding coordinator, also made us choose Harrowden Hall; I could tell from our first meeting that nothing would be too much trouble and she was so kind and friendly. How would you sum up your wedding at harrowden hall? It was the best day of my whole life. On my wedding day, I did not feel stressed at all and I put this down to the fantastic planning and organisation both before and on the day of the wedding, by Sue, Natalie and all the staff at Harrowden Hall. Everything was exactly what I'd dreamed of and more! Was there theme at your wedding? Not particularly, although I had in my head I wanted it to be a bit like an English country fete. We had an ice cream cart and garden games to give it this feel. Please tell us about Your dresses - my dress was the first dress I tried on. I loved it because it had a pearl and bead attachment to the back which was so unique. It was a Ronald Joyce dress. My bridesmaids wore coral dresses from Dessy, as it suited them all. Your flowers - my florist was my friends mum, Judy Weston. All of the flowers were a mixture of coral roses, daisies and lavender. Your cake - my grandmother made my wedding cake, I choose all the design myself and she did a fabulous job! Your photographer - we had Paul Mockford as our wedding photographer and I can sum his photos up in one word, AMAZING!! If you could describe your wedding in one word what would it be? Perfection

We'd gone to see a couple of venues, but meeting Sue at Harrowden Hall put all the others in to the shade. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance to the hall, we were made to feel very special, and that Sue wanted our day to be all we wanted and more. On the day itself we were brilliantly looked after by Natalie, who guided us through, and made everyone, including guests, feel welcome. We had the whole venue to ourselves, and we could all relax and take in the splendour. The Hall was decorated beautifully with extra little touches added, and the food was the best we've ever tasted. We left praising Sue and Natalie for making us feel that this day was as important to them as it was to us, and we would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of getting married - the best decision we ever made.
