Just wanted to take a minute to say thanks for all of your help in coordinating our wedding events on Friday- you were great!

Thank you so much for all your help on Saturday and sorry that we went over, I have absolutely no idea what happened 1 minute we had bags of time and then all of a sudden everyone disappeared and then time went .

Hi Alison, Just a note to say what a fantastic day Jean and I had last Friday for our Wedding Day. Everything went to plan and all of my friends and family have commented on how well the day went in terms of organisation, food and service. Your “A team” of Peter, Gary and Dennis also did a great job and were worthy of your recommendation along with Wayne the DJ. I booked my wedding here and was shocked at the terrible customer service and quality of food I received after visiting for champagne afternoon tea. The manner in which I was dismissed after attempting to book an Overnight spa package was shocking! My experience with the venue overall was shocking given the good reviews- they didn't handle my cancellation in a professional way and management refused to speak to me. There was absolutely no effort from the staff to retain my business or regain my trust. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Happy to provide email threads and letters.

I had my wedding here and it was unorganized from start to finish. On the day I had multiple issues, including bar not being appropriately staffed during drinks reception and our guests having to walk to an alternative bar, food centre pieces being brought out too early and not when advised, being told to tidy up without any mention of this on the night of your wedding, event planner not on hand throughout the day as advised. Despite complaining no member of staff has taken me seriously and have even removed my comments on their fb page. While they may advertise themselves as very simple the best, I would steer clear if you would like an organized stress-free day. They are just after your money and after paying for your entire day do not even give you a complementary bottle of champagne to enjoy in your suite.
