In fact, we’ve lost count of the number of guests who told us how much they loved the venues, how great it was to use the Bath Assembly Rooms to “assemble” as they were originally designed for, and how atmospheric the Roman Baths were on the night. We just wanted to drop you a message to say a massive THANK YOU for all that you did for us up to and on our wedding day! Your team made everything run so smoothly we couldn’t fault it and we couldn’t have wanted anything more. The day went so well and we have had so many comments on how stunning the venue was and so unique! We loved every bit of it from the intimate gathering by the Baths to the Food and Maisie was brilliant co-ordinating it all for us.

Everything about holding our wedding here was perfect! Christine was exceptional in the organisation and planning of the wedding - and then on the day Maisie was just wonderful - she made it all so easy and understandable - both are such incredible assets to your team.The catering was also exceptional - from Carolyn running me through the booking process to the team on the day who were utterly fantastic! Everyone made our wedding absolutely perfect!!

We are a couple from China, we used to be students of Bath University therefore coming back for our wedding means a lot to us. Roman Bath and Pump room is a world famous attraction and also the most inconic place in Bath center, so it was the place we looked at for our wedding venue. The venue speaks to itself and their service is absolutely A class, very friendly very thoughtful and very professional. For us, it is the BEST wedding venue in the UK, without any doubt.

Standing next to a 2000 year old bath under torchlight with the steam rising cannot be surpassed by any other venue. The professionalism of from the staff from concept to execution was second to none with a full understanding of our theme and exemplory choreography. Despite the formality of the setting and the occasion, the staff were relaxed, approachable and became good friends. Our guests were in awe of the venue and its setting and many have said it's the best wedding they have ever been to.

The Roman Baths were a perfect venue for our wedding. The location is stunning, the staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating, and the venue and catering organisation operated seamlessly in the run up to our big day. With a location like the Roman Baths you and your guests can't help but be impressed - our photos of the evening look stunning. Otto, the event manager, was excellent and made a good evening even better!

I couldn't have asked for more for our wedding day. All the staff were very accomodating and friendly and helped make our day unique. We were able to personalise every aspect which was very important to us and enjoy our day in such an amazing setting

The staff were all really helpful leading up to the day, and also on the night itself, adding touches to help things go smoothly, many of which we weren't aware of until afterwards as they were so efficient. The venue is amazing, the food was delicious and we had a wonderful night. All our guests were delighted at the unique venue and the chance to see the Baths at night!

A perfect and magical day. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at the Roman baths. All our guests agreed. Perfect. 10 out of 10.
